Friday nights - the weekend starts here!!
Fun, games, tuck, craft work, most importantly meeting with and learning about our great God, and how he wants us to live in the world as children who are loved by him and know it.
For all 5-11 (Reception to year 6)

We are back on Friday 16th September - it would be great if you could join us but not to worry if you miss the first week we will be here on the next two Fridays. In October we meet on 7th and 14th but look out for our Amazing Light Party on Monday 31st October. Our November meetings are on 18th and 25th whilst in December we meet on 2nd and 9th. Next years dates will be published in the new year.
The boring bits (just for adults..) Why do we do what we do? The Bible says in Psalm 78 v 4,6,7 "We will not hide God’s truth from this generation; we will tell them the awesome things he has done.....so the next generation might know them, even the generation not yet born, so each generation can set its hope on God anew."
Every team member knows God in a personal way. We believe the Bible is the word of God and we want to share with the kids we come into contact with the difference that God can make in their lives. We believe that children do matter to God, that he does have a plan for every life, a plan that is good, and starts with our coming to know not just about him, but to know him personally.
Every team member is CRB checked and interviewed before joining the team, and we have a number of qualified first aiders. We do take the safety and security of the children in our care very seriously. For each child attending a group we will ask parents to complete a registration form, giving such info as emergency contact details and medical issues.
